POLL-AS!

The Poll-as has returned, although this time, you won't exactly be deciding on a game to review. That's what the next one is for, but I'm getting ahead of myself. What I'd like to know this time, is what section should I devote the most time to?

Should I focus on the Atari section? This is as retro as it gets, and although the reviews aren't as long, they're much easier to do, which means you get a much higher quantity. In addition, many of the games from the other sections have their roots in classic Atari games.

How about the NES section? It's already a powerhouse compared to the other sections, but it's also the system most readers seem to identify with. Plus, some of my most comprehensive, and knowing from my conversations with some of you, funniest reviews are here.

Then there's the SNES section. Although the most contemporary, there's still a lot of fun and wackiness to be found here. The Super Nintendo highlighted one of gaming's golden ages, right up until Sony's wasting of this particular age. There are some great games for SNES, and as you've already seen, some stinkers as well.

Challenging the SNES for "king of the golden age" is the Sega Genesis: is the Genesis section worthy? Many great platformers available, and definitely some strange games too. Even though I own or have owned the four main systems featured on this site as well as many others, I'm least familiar with the Genesis library, making many requests a new experience.

Then there's the Other section. Want games even more obscure than the ones I already cover? Feel like your favorite game system is getting the shaft? It might be in your best interest to vote other.

THE WINNER: Super Nintendo
